Key Responsibilities Include:
Accountability for the selection, training, coaching and performance of all Assistant Managers and Team Members.
Motivates and leads a team in a fast paced work environment.
Responsibility for restaurant's P&L performance through effective food and labor management, while maintaining daily controls.
Execution of all training and marketing programs and products.
Required
Qualifications:

years of general manager experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality industry required.
Demonstrate strong people skills including the ability to develop a team and achieve results through others.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral), solid planning and organizational skills are a must.
